  • 1960 - Kim Wilde (80s solo artist - “Kids in America“)was born
  • 1978 - Billy Joel’s “52nd Street” hits #1
  • 1995 - Queen’s “Made In Heaven” album hits #1 in the UK
  • 1995 - The Rolling Stones become the first act to broadcast a concert on the Internet.
  • 1997 - ‘Led Zeppelin: BBC Sessions,’ a double CD of archival live performances on British radio from 1969-71, is released.
